From your initial inquiry, one of our team will discuss booking the work for more minor works or arranging a remote online site survey via our online enquiry form to discuss your requirements (on larger projects).
Following the survey, an estimate will be prepared for you to review and will usually be broken down into time and materials, or for larger jobs, separate line items so that you can see how much each electrical job costs.
The next step is to book the work in our work diary at a suitable time.
Once the work has been carried out, we aim to prepare and email the invoice to you within 7 days.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of the invoice.
Payment can be conveniently made online via the link sent with the invoice with a credit card, debit card, or online banking (BACS).
Once payment has been received in full, any certificates relating to the works we have carried out will be issued.
We have found this system works very well and our clients seem to like it too!
