From your initial inquiry, one of our team will discus either booking the work in for smaller works, or arranging a remote on-line site survey via our on-line enquiry form with you, to discuss your individual requirements (on larger projects).
Following the survey, an estimate will be prepared for you to review and will usually be broken down into time and materials, or for larger jobs, separate line items so the you can see how much each electrical job costs.
The next step is to book the work in our work diary at a time that is suitable.
Once the work has been carried out, we aim to prepare and email the invoice to you within 7 days.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of the invoice.
Payment can be conveniently made online via the link sent with the invoice with a credit card, debit card or via online banking (BACS).
Once payment has been received in full, any certificates relating to the works we have carried out will be issued.
We have found this system works very well and our clients seem to like it too!
